about the artist

Miles Ritchie is an artist out of the San Francisco Bay Area who works primarily with wood and acrylic paints. Miles often pays tribute to his pop culture icons, most notably through the Pop Ply Portraits series, relief portraits composed of hand-cut, hand-painted layers of plywood. He enjoys spending countless hours in his local comic shop- Crush Comics, playing D&D, seeing as many movies as possible with his close friends, and going to art shows with his girlfriend, Raven.
